The beginning
Today's the day we leave. Things are mostly done, sorta. We are kinda packed. Let's just say we've been a sterling example of how NOT to prepare for an extended vacation! See you on the other side of the water...(in Bremerton, that means over in Seattle, but now for us it means across the Atlantic...woohoo!). ~K

Baby Bro' says - "remember, this is supposed to be a vacation, so whatever happens, relax, breathe deep, take a picture, have a drink, repeat as necessary."
KRL sends happy thoughts, hope all is well in the new time zone (we were trying to do the math, then stopped...) Happy trails.
Finally had time to read your blog. Wow! Looks like you're having a great time. Can't wait to see all your pictures when you return.
Nils - Caroline is staying for a while, but says we should keep looking. No luck so far.
Great picture of you at the organ. Maybe now you know what a real organ sounds like!
Don - Bill sympathizes with you and your driving adventures in England and Ireland. Been there, done that. Yikes! Perhaps you could show and narrate your vacation pictures at a Knights' social gathering. We'll talk.
We're all looking forward to yur safe return.
Dieu vous benisse! (There should be a little "thingy", as Karen calls it, over the e, but...)
